Shipping Guidelines
If you’re mailing your harmonica for repair, safe packaging is essential to protect it in transit.
Before You Ship
- Contact me first to confirm the service details and parts availability.
- Whenever possible, clean your harmonica before sending.
Packing Instructions
- Use a sturdy box, not just the original harmonica case.
- Wrap the harmonica in bubble wrap or soft packing material.
- Include the harmonica’s original case inside for extra protection.
Recommended Shipping Method
- Within Canada, I recommend a trackable Canada Post service such as Xpresspost.
- Add Liability Coverage to match the value of your instrument.
- Tracked shipping protects against loss and damage.
Return Shipping
- I return all items to Canadian customers via tracked and insured Canada Post service at the best available rate.
- Other carriers or expedited shipping are available on request.
