Woozle Shop Warranty

All new harmonicas purchased directly from Woozle Harmonicas — and all harmonicas serviced here — are covered by my Woozle Shop Warranty. This warranty is separate from any manufacturer’s warranty and is designed to give you confidence in your purchase or repair.

Coverage for New Harmonicas Purchased from Me

  • One free reed replacement within 30 days of delivery.
  • Discounted reed replacement at $5 per reed for the next 11 months.
  • Applies only to instruments that have not been altered or serviced by anyone other than Woozle Harmonicas (regular cleaning is fine).
  • Warranty does not apply to harmonicas drop-shipped directly from a supplier without passing through my shop for a pre-sale inspection.

Coverage for Repaired Harmonicas

  • All repair work is guaranteed to perform as agreed at the time of service.
  • If you have any concerns about a recent repair, contact me immediately so I can make it right.

Exclusions

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modification.
  • Normal wear on reeds, valves, or finishes.
